Bidding and Buying
How do I bid?
Bidding is secure and easy. Simply click "Bid Now" on the individual lot detail page. You will find the suggested minimum bid amount based on the next bid increment. You can accept this amount by entering it in the box provided or you may set a Proxy Bid (top amount your wanting to bid). The system will use your Proxy to bid for you up to the amount of your Proxy. Once you click "Place Bid," you will be asked to confirm your bid. Please note that in order to bid, you must first register as a buyer.
Can I cancel or retract my bid?
All bids are binding and cannot be canceled or retracted. Mistakes can occur, in which case, you must contact a member us via email at andrew@atbids.com, or call 816.960.4664. Possible reasons for bid retraction or cancellation may include entering the incorrect bid amount (for example: $10,000 instead of $1,000) or changes to the lot description, if those changes were made after the bid was placed.
I have a question about an auction lot, what should I do?

Why did the auction end after its original close time?
If a bid is placed 2 minutes before the auction is set to close, the auction closing will be extended by 10 minutes. When an auction is extended, bidders are notified via email.
Is there a fee to buy?
We collect a 5% Buyer's Premium on all lots.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, credit card, and Paypal. Items may be paid for automatically with Paypal. Credit card payment is accepted over the phone as well - or in person, as are cash and local approved check.
